Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, proactive person with experience working in healthcare insurance sector. Electronic Health Record and Revenue Cycle Financial experience (patient accounting, billing, claims, accounts receivable) preferred.
This resource is responsible for managing daily EBEW operations. The coordinator will monitor
EBEW trending, working with Financial Services Specialists in the Districts and identifying ownership of specific error types for the participating thirty-four Districts. At go live, this coordinator will host daily meetings to review top trending, high dollar errors and claims, identify owners and resolution, and evaluate worklist distribution and end-user training opportunities.

The EHR EBEWC is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the revenue cycle operations. This position supports financial health and operational efficiency by identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing actionable insights to improve billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.

Pay Ranges from $32-$36/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze claim edit and coding errors and coordinate timely resolution activities.
• Investigate and determine underlying causes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to correct issues.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to reduce repetitive errors.
• Track and trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
• incorporate new edits and maintain worklist qualifications
• Outline and report on educational opportunities for departments contributing to charge errors.
• Document change control requests and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of issue resolution and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in revenue cycle, charge capture, coding, billing, or revenue integrity.
• Knowledge of healthcare charging processes and reimbursement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with Oracle Health / Cerner EHR and Oracle Health Patient Accounting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
