Job Description
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI/BI initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for engineering teams
• Serve as a liaison between business users, data engineering, BI, and AI/ML teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and process optimization
• Support program tracking, reporting, and documentation efforts
• Assist in building user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing plans
Ensure alignment between solution delivery and business outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or BI/analytics roles
• Strong understanding of data platforms, BI tools, and analytics workflows
• Experience working with AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or similar tools
Analytical mindset with strong documentation skills
