Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator for a top healthcare organization. This candidate will support supply chain sourcing initiatives by assisting with contract management, supplier relations, pricing analysis, and strategic sourcing projects. The ideal candidate will leverage Excel and analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate contracts, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Working closely with sourcing managers and cross-functional teams, this individual will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the organization receives the best value from its purchasing agreements. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sourcing or supply chain professional to gain exposure to healthcare procurement, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives within a highly respected healthcare environment.

- Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Strong hands-on Excel experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Internship experience with a medical supplies company
- Internship or professional experience within a supply chain department
- Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or hospital supply chain environments
