Project Manager

This Project Manager will work onsite 5 days per week at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan, supporting NBC's Broadcast Technology and Engineering organization. The individual will partner closely with senior project leadership to manage a portfolio of control room builds, infrastructure upgrades, technology implementations, and facility modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering teams and vendors, tracking project timelines and deliverables, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring successful execution of fiber, cabling, rack deployment, and systems integration projects across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, engineering, or technology implementation projects.
• Experience leading implementation and integration efforts involving fiber, structured cabling, rack deployments, IT room buildouts, and infrastructure installations.
• Strong project management skills utilizing Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Executive-level communication skills with a polished, driven, and adaptable personality.

• Broadcast technology, production engineering, or media industry experience.
• Experience supporting control room builds, studio deployments, or broadcast facility modernization projects.
• PMP certification.
• Familiarity with broadcast infrastructure, signal transport, or media technology environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology migration and integration initiatives.
