Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a collaborative marketing team within a mission-driven organization. This is a true coordinator role—supporting multiple functions across marketing operations, email automation, reporting, and project management—rather than focusing on a single specialty.
This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys working across teams, managing competing priorities, and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish. The coordinator will play a key role in enhancing marketing efficiency, improving campaign execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Marketing Operations & Email Automation (Primary Focus)
• Draft, edit, proofread, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot
• Monitor and maintain marketing automation workflows, ensuring campaigns are functioning properly
• Support dashboard creation and campaign performance tracking within HubSpot
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
• Support day-to-day coordination of the marketing calendar and project pipeline
• Manage incoming marketing requests through the internal request system
• Prioritize and track tasks in collaboration with marketing leadership
• Pull and compile marketing performance data to support reporting needs
• Provide insights and organize data for leadership presentations
• Assist across all areas of marketing, including social media, campaigns, and content initiatives
• Provide ad hoc support for evolving marketing needs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience (coordinator, specialist, or similar role)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Copilot
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Exposure to marketing analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Experience supporting cross-functional marketing teams
