Job Description
A client of Insight Global's is seeking a Quality Specialist to support its Registration team by auditing teammate work, identifying performance trends, and driving process improvement initiatives. This individual will conduct quality reviews, provide coaching and feedback to teammates, maintain audit documentation, develop training materials and workshops, and partner with leadership to improve registration accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the department.

Required Skills & Experience
Revenue cycle experience with a focus on patient registration and insurance verification
Experience conducting audits, quality reviews, or process assessments
Experience providing coaching, training, or performance feedback
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in a healthcare registration, patient access, or revenue cycle environment
Knowledge of commercial, government, and managed care insurance payers
Experience creating or updating workflows, SOPs, or process documentation
Exposure to quality improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced Excel or reporting experience
