Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Electrical Technicians to join one of our large-scale manufacturing clients at their Osceola, IA facility. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on the electrical side of maintenance — responding to breakdowns and performing high-level electrical repairs on the production and packaging equipment that keeps the plant running.
This is a highly technical, hands-on electrical role. Nearly all equipment on the floor is run off digital controls, so strong PLC and variable frequency drive (VFD) troubleshooting experience is central to success here.
Schedule
Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors electrically.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs (understanding that the PLC controls the equipment and the HMI is the physical touchscreen interface).
Experience troubleshooting VFDs / frequency drives.
Comfortable working with single-phase and 3-phase power.
NEC knowledge.
Background in a manufacturing / industrial environment (a facility that produces a physical product).
