About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Allocation & Store Planning, as the Distribution Analyst, you will be responsible for allocation of new and animated items and replenishment of core inventory from DC to stores.
In addition, you will:
· Allocate new and Animated Items to meet in store launch dates
· Replenish Core items for set of brands
· Manage Store level requests
· Serve as Brand contact for store level inventory requests or concerns
· Plan and execute Marketing Supported Event and Promotional inventory builds
· Perform ad hoc store level in stock and sales analysis with the goal to increase in stocks
· Partner with Planning/ Merchandising team to identify and communicate sales and inventory trends or issues

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
· 2 years’ experience in Inventory Retail or Allocation
· Strong Excel Skills
· Strong numbers aptitude; able to compile statistical reports
· Problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Flexible; team player
· If local to the Bay Area, work in office 2 days, Tues/Wed as a hybrid role, 3 days WFH
· If not local, remote person should be able to work all West Coast office hours
