•Define, implement, and enforce QA frameworks, UAT standards, and release governance processes
•Establish formal quality gates and approval checkpoints prior to production deployment
•Review campaign and journey builds to ensure adherence to defined standards
•Validate campaign execution across:

•Content rendering (including Knak/HTML outputs)
•Channel-specific requirements (e.g., push notifications, SMS logic)
•Identify and classify defects vs. change requests
•Determine required testing scenarios and ensure proper validation before launch
•Investigate campaign issues and determine root causes (e.g., broken links, incorrect targeting, journey logic errors)
•Ensure compliance with processes from development through deployment
•Provide guidance and mentorship to team members throughout the campaign lifecycle
•Develop governance frameworks aligned to Adobe Journey Architecture and best practices
