Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Client Service Associate to be a key asset to a Wealth Management firm in Westerville, OH. This role will work closely with their Advisors + Internal Support Team to help service and support clients with a variety of needs.

Responsibilities
● Work across and support various groups and Advisors within Bluestone, and keep colleagues updated on progress and resolution of client issues/requests
● Assist with priority requests and client issues
● Facilitate timely, accurate, and efficient process transactions
● Participate in meetings and calls for industry regulatory items
● Participate in team meetings
● Help to maintain client accounts & data
● Help to maintain CRM & associated workflows

Required Skills & Experience

● 2+ years of experience in Client Servies or Executive/Administrative Assistance
● Experience working in Wealth Management or Financial Services
● Ability to self prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a changing environment
● Comfortable working with new technology systems and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google, Slack, Zoom and other productivity applications
