Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an EDI Integration Specialist with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience for a global supply chain, distribution, and logistics organization. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting B2B integrations, APIs, and workflows within OIC while partnering closely with business users and external trading partners.
Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, developing and testing integrations, onboarding new trading partners, troubleshooting production issues, supporting OIC environments, and driving integration best practices.
This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business operations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support integration initiatives across supply chain, logistics, and retail business functions. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity requiring 3 days onsite with a pay range of $55-$65/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) designing, building, and supporting integrations
• Experience developing and maintaining B2B/EDI integrations, APIs, and integration workflows
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, XML, and Papinet
• Experience supporting retail EDI transactions including 850, 856, 810, 940, 944, and 945
• Familiarity with logistics EDI transactions such as 204, 210, 214, and 310
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical integration solutions
• Experience onboarding, testing, and supporting external trading partners
• Production support experience, including troubleshooting failed EDI transactions and integration issues
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, SQL, and Linux/Unix
• Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, distribution, or retail business processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience managing multiple integration initiatives simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
System administration experience supporting OIC environments
Project management experience
Exposure to AI, automation, or integration modernization initiatives
