Job Description

This role supports daily warehouse operations by managing shipping, receiving, and inventory transfers within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to defined procedures, and the ability to safely handle materials, equipment, and systems to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scan barcodes and input data into ERP systems for inventory tracking
• Sort and verify incoming and outgoing products against documentation
• Label, package, and palletize orders for shipment accurately
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Transport materials (up to 60 lbs) and support general warehouse operations
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
• Support order fulfillment timelines, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of shipping experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• 1+ year of receiving experience
• Experience with LTL, LCL, and air freight shipping methods
• 1+ year of international shipping experience, including working with 3PLs and freight forwarders
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and leadership
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking processes
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including PPE, forklift operation, and material handling best practices
