Job Description

One of our top customers in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer to drive hands-on development and lead delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a technical leadership role where you’ll be building, mentoring, and partnering closely with the business to deliver high-impact features. Split: ~60% hands-on / 40% leadership

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years of engineering experience with strong hands-on Salesforce admin/development
• Deep experience with Salesforce platforms and heavy customization within - Sales, Service + Experience Cloud (Marketing cloud is a plus)
• Active Platform Developer I and II certifications
• Proven integration experience (APIs, external systems, event-driven architecture)
• Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, MFA, and secure development practices
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile/SAFe environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Agentic SDLC exposure/ Exposure to modern/automated SDLC practices
• Experience working with Marketing cloud
• Experience working in at least one other industry cloud (Azure preferred)
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Architect track, etc.)
ITIL or service management knowledge
