Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Saviynt IAM Engineer to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise identity governance solutions, with a strong focus on Saviynt. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining secure, scalable identity systems that support access control, compliance, and day-to-day business operations.
This person will be responsible for configuring and supporting core IGA capabilities such as access requests, certifications, role-based access controls, and policy governance within the Saviynt platform. They will partner closely with architects and stakeholders to implement solutions aligned to the organization’s IAM strategy and help enhance the overall identity environment.
Additionally, this role will contribute to the optimization and support of existing identity platforms, assist with troubleshooting and enhancements, and help ensure systems meet security and regulatory requirements.
$120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience working within IAM/IGA, with a focus on implementation and support
3+ years of hands-on Saviynt experience, including:
Configuring and supporting core modules (Access Requests, Certifications, Role Management, SoD, Analytics)
Building and maintaining workflows, connectors, and access policies
7+ years of overall experience working with identity and access technologies, including:
Identity lifecycle management
SSO, federation, and directory services
Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Experience working with Microsoft identity stack:
Active Directory
Entra ID (Azure AD)
Understanding of authentication and identity protocols:
SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM
Experience supporting:
MFA and conditional access implementations
Integrations between IAM systems and enterprise/cloud applications
Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and solutions within Saviynt
Experience supporting identity governance processes:
Access requests
Certifications
Role-based access
Familiarity with compliance and security best practices:
SOX, HIPAA, GDPR (or similar frameworks)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to IAM architecture concepts or working alongside IAM Architects
Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
Exposure to additional IAM/IGA tools beyond Saviynt
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within IAM platforms
Experience documenting configurations, processes, or support procedures
Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, Azure, IAM/IGA-related certifications)
