Required Skills & Experience
6–10 years of customer service, call center, or account support experience
• Proven experience handling complex customer issues and escalations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and professionalism when supporting clients
• Strong technical aptitude with Windows, Outlook, Teams, and multiple systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Financial services, banking, brokerage, wealth management, insurance, or credit union experience
• Back-office operations experience
• Experience supporting account-related inquiries and service requests
• Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment
