Job Description

We are seeking an Alternative Operations Analyst to support a growing investment team responsible for managing 15+ alternative hedge funds (both internally managed and externally managed). This individual will play a key role in supporting fund operations across subscription activity, investor reporting, and ongoing fund oversight processes.
This position will work cross-functionally with internal operations teams and support both in-house managed funds and third-party funds, helping ensure a seamless experience from an advisor and investor perspective.

Responsibilities include:
Process and manage private fund subscriptions and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Coordinate delivery of investor reporting materials, including:
- Audited financial statements
- K-1s
- Other fund-related documentation
Support review of monthly and quarterly NAV packages provided by third-party fund administrators (highly repeatable process)
Partner with internal operations teams to support both:
- In-house fund operations
- External fund relationships
Assist in coordinating workflows related to fund activity and investor servicing
Identify gaps, prioritize tasks, and proactively execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or alternative investments operations
Experience with subscription/redemption processing and/or fund operations strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data-heavy workflows
Advanced or strong proficiency in Excel (critical for success in this role)
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage shifting priorities and work independently
Strong organizational and administrative skillset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with platforms such as:
- ARCH
- Salesforce
- Tamarac
- Black Diamond
