Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Contractor Validation Analyst for one of our clients. This individual will be responsible for researching and validating contractor activity across multiple systems, ensuring accurate records and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across various platforms while partnering with stakeholders to track down information and resolve data discrepancies.
Responsibilities
• Research and validate contractor activity across systems including Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Review contractor records against project documentation, staffing plans, and internal communications to determine active engagement status.
• Maintain and update validation trackers with findings, supporting evidence, and status updates.
• Transfer validated information between systems and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Follow established workflows for contractor onboarding and validation processes.
• Identify discrepancies, document findings, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Communicate with managers, project leads, and contractors to verify project involvement and gather missing information.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and responses.
• Build relationships with internal teams to better understand contractor assignments and engagement structures.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, workforce administration, technology staffing, or a related field.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and consolidating information into clear, accurate records.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and ticketing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage follow-ups and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting a technology services organization or managed services environment.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar workflow management tools.
• Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce management programs.
• Background working in both HR and technology-focused environments.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams and stakeholders.
