Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Business Development Representative to join our team in a fully onsite capacity in the Miami area.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume outbound calling environment, is confident engaging with prospective clients, and is comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive, results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients
Engage potential customers, introduce services/products, and generate interest
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach
Handle objections professionally and effectively to drive conversions
Accurately track call activity, notes, and outcomes in internal systems/CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to support broader sales initiatives
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets
Compensation: $50k - 60K Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound calling roles
Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and manage rejection positively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Comfortable working onsite full-time in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
