Job Description

This role is responsible for driving day-to-day execution of new product initiatives, coordinating closely with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to move projects from concept through launch. The project manager builds and manages detailed timelines, tracks key milestones, and ensures all requirements are aligned and met at each stage of the development process. They work cross-functionally to gather product requirements, support regulatory milestones, and guide activities such as packaging updates, reformulations, and validation efforts. The role also involves leading regular stakeholder meetings, communicating risks or delays, and driving resolution through data-backed decisions and collaboration. Throughout the process, they maintain accountability across teams, manage competing priorities, and help accelerate timelines while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of project management experience within New Product Introductions / Innovations
Experience leading end-to-end new product introductions (NPIs) from concept through commercialization in a regulated industry OTC, Pharma, or Med Device
Managed cross-functional project teams spanning R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial
Hands-on involvement with product changes (e.g., reformulation, packaging updates, spec/label changes)
Proficiency in MS Project

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Direct experience supporting regulatory submissions/approvals and aligning timelines accordingly
Experience in consumer health/self-care product environments
Exposure to projects with tight timelines or accelerated launch expectations
