Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who can serve as a strategic partner to the business by leading requirements gathering, process improvement, and Salesforce solution delivery. This individual will work directly with stakeholders to uncover business needs, challenge assumptions, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and enhancements. The ideal candidate combines strong BSA fundamentals with hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and identify root business needs.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and functional specifications.
Lead Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a hands-on capacity.
Create user stories, process flows, design documentation, and UAT plans.
Partner with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout delivery.
Support Salesforce administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system optimization.
Provide project status updates, identify risks, and support successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including implementing platform enhancements.
Experience with Salesforce Cases, Case Layouts, Quick Actions, Standard & Custom Fields.
Salesforce Administration-level knowledge.
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data models, relationships, and CRM processes.
Experience configuring page layouts, fields, screens, workflows, and user experiences.
Exposure to SOQL and intermediate SQL knowledge.
Knowledge of SDLC, UAT, testing methodologies, and change management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently drive conversations, challenge requirements, and recommend solutions.
