Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Business Transformation team of a large maritime transportation company in Vancouver. The successful candidate will migrate and structure existing process maps in PowerPoint and Visio into Lucid properly to help establish a centralized Business Process Repository in Lucid, and support the organization's process management maturity.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Transformation Team to Design and implement a structured Business Process Repository in Lucid.
Migrate existing process maps from Visio and PDF formats into Lucid.
Standardize process documentation using BPMN 2.0 methodologies and best practices.
Develop repository standards, templates, governance guidelines, and naming conventions.
Facilitate workshops with process owners and subject matter experts.
Deliver user training and provide knowledge transfer to support long term adoption and sustainability.

Deliverables
By the end of the six-month engagement, the consultant will have:
Established a centralized Lucid Business Process Repository.
Migrated and standardized existing process documentation.
Implemented BPM governance standards and templates.
Trained internal users and repository administrators.
Completed knowledge transfer to enable ongoing maintenance and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced proficiency in Lucid and Lucid Process Accelerator
Good understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling.
Experience building and managing process repositories.
Proven ability to migrate and standardize process maps from multiple formats.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and training skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within a defined timeline.
