Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the timely movement and customs clearance of international shipments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. The Customs Brokerage Agent ensures all documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met across the import process. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to drive efficient operations within a global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance and ensure smooth, timely shipment processing
• Accurately enter and maintain shipment and compliance data within internal systems
• Track and trace shipments while proactively communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all billing, documentation, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and on time
Identify process improvement opportunities while maintaining compliance with company policies and external regulations

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accuracy and compliance requirements
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment with a sense of urgency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• Prior experience or knowledge in customs brokerage, import/export, or international logistics
• Experience with logistics systems or strong proficiency in tools like Excel and internal operational platforms
