Job Description
• Handle last-minute requests (research, reservations, errands)
• Book appointments, services, and manage scheduling
• Coordinate vendors: scheduling services, confirming completion, and facilitating payments
• Run local errands (primarily Boca, occasional travel to Miami/Palm Beach)
• Serve as a central point of contact for coordinating services and requests
• Oversee recurring services (landscaping, flowers, car wash) to ensure continuity
• Light admin support (returns, gift purchasing, occasional school-related coordination)

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager
• Strong ability to handle last-minute, ad hoc requests
• Experience with vendor coordination, scheduling, and errands
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Available during standard business hours and willing to run local errands
• Experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or family
• Background in vendor or service coordination
• Familiarity with South Florida vendors/restaurants
• Comfortable working around pets
