Job Description
One of Insight Global's largest Telecom clients is looking for a Business Intelligence consultant to join their Data & AI organization. This individual should be able to design and execute projects independently, with minimal stakeholder engagement, focusing on performance management in the indirect agents space. Responsibilities include analyzing data from point-of-sale systems to identify KPIs such as conversion rates, sales volume, and price plans, and creating accurate visualizations and dashboards for field sales reps, business operations, and strategy teams. Day to day responsibilities include manipulating existing SQL queries, as well as writing new ones from scratch, identifying & assembling data, and visualizing data, and building dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience
-6+ years of relevant Business Intelligence experience working with advanced analytics & complex data sets
-Hands-on experience building & maintaining dashboards & business logic in Looker / LookML
-Experience working in a GCP environment
-Strong hands-on experience with SQL, manipulating existing queries & building new ones from scratch
-Exceptional data visualization skills with a strong business understanding of how to define metrics/KPIs like conversion rates, sales volume, price plan performance, etc.
-Experience with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or similar.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience working with data & analytics within a point of sales system or POS organization
