Job Description: Special Projects Site OFE Coordinator

Delivery Site Coordinator

The Special Projects Site OFE Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely coordination and communication to support all Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) for their Special Projects site. The Site Coordinator will report to the Special Projects OFE Program Lead for functional activities and the site Data Center Services (DCS) manager for site specific action items. No travel is anticipated for this role.

Core responsibilities include:
OFE coordination with all stakeholders between vendor and site
Act as primary interface with the GC OFE Management team
Coordinate Weekly Site OFE Meetings
Identification and escalation of OFE risk occurring at or communicated to the site
Schedule reviews related to OFE
Site level OFE Purchase Order (PO) change management tracking and reporting
Progress reporting including delivery milestones and quality compliance updates
Notification of potential delays or quality issues from the OFE vendor followed by mitigation collaboration with site and corrective action plans with OFE vendor
Coordinate offsite OFE activities with GC and contractors

Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting equipment, logistics, or vendor coordination within construction, data center, or large-scale project environments
Proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including vendors, general contractors, and site teams
Hands-on experience with purchase order (PO) tracking, procurement processes, and change management
Demonstrated ability to identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolutions related to delivery timelines, quality, or site impacts
Strong organizational skills with experience in project coordination, scheduling, and status reporting, including leading recurring meetings
