A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a TA Specialist. This person will be doing either/or full life cycle recruiting for corporate/exempt roles such as engineers and project managers and/or non exempt craft trade field roles. Estimated pay 30-35/HR

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field OR equivalent years
• Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources.
- Utilities and energy sector experience highly preferred
