Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support a client in the airline industry. This individual will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, gathering requirements, creating user stories, validating APIs, and coordinating releases. Daily responsibilities include managing backlogs in JIRA, facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting testing and production analysis, and ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives. The analyst will also leverage AI-powered tools to improve documentation, testing, and overall delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner
• Prior software development experience with ability to understand technical architecture and APIs
• API testing experience using Postman
• Experience working with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience analyzing relational and NoSQL data, including DynamoDB
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of AWS and cloud-native environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• DevSecOps experience
• Veracode and SonarQube exposure
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and analysis
