Job Description
We are seeking an SAP ABAP / RICE Developer to own the end-to-end design and delivery of RICE objects within SAP environments. This role focuses on translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and long-term supportability across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) end-to-end
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs including data models, logging, error handling, and reprocessing mechanisms
• Develop and support interfaces (inbound/outbound) with strong validation, reconciliation, and integration coordination
• Build enhancements (user exits, BAdIs, enhancement spots) and reports with performance optimization and authorization controls
• Support data conversions and mass loads with transformation logic, balancing, and audit-ready reconciliation
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote reusable components
• Lead troubleshooting and hypercare activities including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and system stabilization
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, maintainability, and reliability

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across functional, integration, and technical teams
