Job Description

-Translate business requirements into test cases and test scripts
-Execute tests, identify/track defects, and manage test data
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, PMs)
-Manage testing environments (sandboxes)
-Provide status reports and metrics to project stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

-Hands-on QA/testing experience on Salesforce platform implementations
-Experience executing Functional, System Integration (SIT), --User Acceptance Testing (UAT), smoke, and end-to-end testing
-Working experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including requirement analysis and risk assessment
-Experience translating business requirements into test cases, test scripts, and test artifacts (plans, cases, reports)
-Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting (e.g., Jira or similar tools)
-Government or public sector project experience a plus

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent platform familiarity
-Experience with data-dependent or precondition-heavy testing environments
-Security-conscious testing mindset (relevant for government/DoD environments)
