Job Description

We are seeking Construction Safety Professionals to support commercial, industrial, manufacturing, data center, healthcare, and mission-critical construction projects. Depending on project size, workforce requirements, and candidate qualifications, individuals may be hired as a Safety Supervisor, Safety Coordinator, or Safety Manager. This position is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting field safety inspections, identifying hazards, and supporting safe execution of all construction activities.

Responsibilities:
Enforce site-specific safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Possess authority to stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections.
Promote safe work practices and PPE compliance.
Investigate incidents and support corrective action plans.
Maintain a strong field presence and safety culture.

Safety Coordinator & Safety Manager Additional Responsibilities

Conduct new hire safety orientations.
Facilitate weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Maintain safety training records and documentation.
Perform and document weekly safety audits.
Train employees on safe work practices and compliance requirements.
Communicate safety concerns and recommendations to project leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

Safety Supervisor (Projects with 24 Employees or Less)

5+ years of construction experience.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
Experience enforcing safety procedures in a construction environment.
Knowledge of excavation, fall protection, scaffolding, confined space, and general construction safety practices.

Safety Coordinator (Typically 1 Per 75 Employees)

3+ years of dedicated construction safety experience.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
Experience conducting field safety inspections and audits.
Experience supporting training, documentation, and compliance programs.

Safety Manager (Projects with 25+ Employees)

5+ years of dedicated construction safety experience.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
Experience leading site-wide safety programs.
Experience managing OSHA compliance and safety initiatives on active construction projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Safety Coordinator

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, semiconductor, or data center projects.

Safety Manager

Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
OSHA 510 Certification.
OSHA 500 Certification.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
Experience overseeing safety operations on large-scale commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, semiconductor, or data center projects.
