Job Description

In this role, the Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customers, supporting the smooth flow of daily branch operations. This individual will handle a variety of tasks including documentation, transaction processing, and responding to service inquiries, while working closely with a small internal team consisting of one other CSR and a dispatcher. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. A consistent focus on workplace safety, professionalism, and team collaboration is expected at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing, in-person service role
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and internal systems
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and strong keyboarding proficiency
• Consistent track record of delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Ability to stay composed, professional, and solution-oriented in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who is adaptable and willing to step in where needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience handling payment processing or financial transactions
• Familiarity with document management, digital filing systems, or records organization
• Comfort working cross-functionally across multiple departments or teams
Background in a service-driven, sales-adjacent, or operations-focused work environment
