Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Mobile Engineer to join a high-impact modernization initiative focused on transforming and enhancing two internal mobile applications. This team is responsible for building new features, improving user experiences, and migrating functionality to a modernized product platform.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys developing new products and features, understands how technology supports business outcomes, and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive solutions. Experience in retail environments is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
Strong experience building modern applications using:
Next.js
React Native
Java
Experience developing and delivering net-new features and functionality in production environments.
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
