Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support billing, invoicing, and collections. This role is responsible for accurately processing invoices, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting financial operations using QuickBooks (Online). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Experience with QuickBooks and/or other ERP systems
Strong understanding of invoicing and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reconciliation, basic formulas)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Construction experience: progress billing
