Job Description

We are seeking a highly polished and experienced Partner Events Marketing Manager to serve as the primary owner and face of the company at strategic partner and industry events. This individual will act as the single point of contact for large-scale events hosted internally, by strategic partners, or by third-party organizations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing and executing enterprise-level events within large, global technology organizations. They understand how to engage executive audiences, collaborate across complex stakeholder groups, and deliver exceptional event experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in highly visible environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary marketing lead and single point of contact for strategic partner and third-party events.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive forums, partner summits, customer events, and large-scale marketing programs.
- Lead event planning and execution from concept through post-event reporting, ensuring a best-in-class attendee experience.
- Manage cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Executive stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, sponsorship activations, executive engagement strategies, content requirements, and success metrics.
- Partner with technology alliances, strategic partners, systems integrators, and software providers on joint event initiatives.
- Coordinate executive meetings, speaking engagements, customer roundtables, partner activations, and networking opportunities.
- Drive event-related marketing campaigns, content development, communications, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Measure and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, partner outcomes, and ROI.
Manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, event marketing, alliance marketing, field marketing, or related B2B marketing functions.
- Will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience if they have worked in highly recognizable enterprise organizations and have a proven track record of managing large-scale events.
- Demonstrated experience owning enterprise events from strategy through execution.
- Experience working with strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem programs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently interact with senior leaders, executives, customers, and external partners.
- Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting flagship conferences, industry events, executive forums, or large-scale customer and partner programs.
- Experience managing sponsorships, executive engagement opportunities, thought leadership programs, and field marketing activations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, event technologies, and reporting systems.
- Experience analyzing event performance and translating insights into future recommendations.
