Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead and support complex transformation initiatives within a Financial Institution environment. This role is highly fluid and requires a strong foundation in both change management and operational, non-financial risk, with the ability to drive initiatives, engage stakeholders, and embed sustainable change.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise change practices, combined with hands-on experience in risk management, controls, and assessment frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in Organizational Change Management within Financial Institutions
Proven experience working with operational non-financial risk
Demonstrated expertise in:

Risk controls and risk assessments
Fraud risk and event/issue management
Loss identification and mitigation


Hands-on experience leading change initiatives in complex environments
Strong understanding of stakeholder management and communication strategies
Experience working within technology and/or cybersecurity risk contexts
Ability to operate effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience leading Enterprise Risk & Control (ERC) frameworks (strong asset)
Exposure to Process & Systems (PS) environments
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
Background combining risk and change management disciplines
