Job Description
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to field technicians - Act as escalation point beyond Level 1 support
- Assist store personnel when issues arise after technicians leave
- Guide troubleshooting through diagnostic questioning

Required Skills & Experience
Retail field service technician experience preferred
- Hardware upgrade experience in retail environments
- Network and cabling troubleshooting experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical support background with understanding of field operations
