Job Description
A manufacturing client in Irvine is seeking an AP specialist to work onsite Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This is a great place to work! We are seeking someone who has 1+ year of AP experience processing high volume invoices (at least 1,500/month). Most of these invoices will be received via an automated inbox and this AP specialist will be responsible for processing/following up with service centers to ensure products have been received. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of AP experience
Experience with high volume invoices up to 1500 monthly
Experience with an Accounting software (any software will do)
Bachelors Degree
Local to Irvine CA
