Job Description
Our client, a proprietary trading and technology firm, is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support their accounting function during a critical coverage period. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career accounting professional who wants hands-on exposure to month-end close, intercompany accounting, and working closely with trading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities and reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve variances
- Handle intercompany allocations and chargebacks
- Assist with P&L and month-end reporting
- Partner with trading teams to support reconciliations
- Collaborate with an offshore accounting team
- Work within an Oracle ERP environment

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of month-end close and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
