Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to support a premier Army Special Operations aviation program.

This individual will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing flight test activities for advanced military aircraft, avionics, sensors, survivability equipment, and weapon systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone with a strong aviation background who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring mission-critical systems are safe, effective, and ready for operational use.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and execute flight tests for military aircraft and systems
- Develop test plans, schedules, and analyze performance data
- Support flight test missions and ensure compliance with Army standards
- Collaborate with engineers, program teams, and aviation stakeholders
- Identify issues, document findings, and recommend improvements

Compensation:
$125,000- $135,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.
- Approximately 10 years of aviation-related experience
- Approximately 5 years of flight test planning/conducting experience
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
