Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for one of our nonprofit healthcare improvement clients. Our client is focused on improving the quality, safety, and effectiveness of healthcare systems. This role is a contract opportunity, through April, 2027.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will assist with planning, analysis, and reporting processes and deliver tools and training to assist our client’s staff, particularly with NetSuite budgeting and reporting. You will be working closely with other functions including business development and the Project Management Office. Once up and running you will help support the PMO and training of NetSuite Budgeting. In this role, you will also assist the Senior Director FP&A with annual and ongoing fiscal year projections and budgetary processes and support workforce planning by providing detailed reports and analyses by position and by geographic region.
Additional Responsibilities:
Budget Development and Management
• Work with the Senior Director FP&A on budgeting and reforecasting processes
• Work with cross functional teams to improve planning, budgeting and projection processes as needed
• Manage budget processes and timelines
• Support development of all budget user reports and access to budget and forecasting software
• Document and assure accuracy of standard work and processes
• Create new budgets related to new business development
• Provide support for budget revisions as needed
Reporting Process
• Manage the process of monthly budget vs. actual reports (financials, narratives and graphs) for budget owners and related staff
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage the process of monthly delivery of budget to actuals reports to all leaders (via NetSuite)
Management, Training and Other
• Deliver training to various staff (in coordination with the PMO) on financial statements and information
• Train finance staff and budget managers on NetSuite Budgeting
• Support the annual audit, produces the income statement, financial analysis and other audit work papers as required

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting
- Extensive experience with NetSuite Budgeting (native)
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB)
