Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process high volume of invoices in Sage 100 Contractor
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Coordinate with vendors and internal project teams on discrepancies
• Manage payment cycles (checks, ACH, etc.)
• Support month-end close related to AP
• Maintain organized and accurate AP records

• Accounts Payable Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Construction industry background (understanding of job costing, subcontractors, etc.)
• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor
• Ability to manage full-cycle AP including:
o Invoice processing
o Vendor communication
o Payment processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Timberscan or any other AP automation and workflow management system
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment
• Strong leadership voice - High visibility with project managers and accounting leadership

• Experience supporting multiple construction projects or entities
• Exposure to lien waivers, compliance, or subcontractor documentation
• Strong Excel skills for tracking/reporting
