Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on RPA Team Lead to support and guide the migration of an offshore automation team remotely. This person will be playing a critical role in knowledge transfer, team leadership, and the successful delivery of UiPath-based solutions within a banking environment. This individual will operate as both a technical leader and people manager, driving day-to-day RPA operations including ticket management, issue resolution, and release coordination. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with UiPath and should be able to provide hands-on support with development, debugging, enhancements, job scheduling, and bot performance monitoring. This person should ensure that automation processes run smoothly end-to-end, ensuring continuous improvement of automation processes and overall delivery quality. The Team Lead will be responsible for mentoring the team as well and help to mitigate any issues and remove road blocks. They will conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and coordinate deployments through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps They will be working with databases to ensure proper connectivity and data access and integrating RPA solutions with APIs and external systems.

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath
• Experience leading or mentoring an RPA/automation team
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
• Experience integrating APIs and working with databases
• Strong troubleshooting, ticket management, and release coordination experience
• Background in banking or financial services
