Job Description
A large pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Cleanup and Conversion Lead. This person will be leading the charge to
manage and execute data preparation, cleanup, and migration activities as part of a multi
phase Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP deployment. This role will oversee the end-to-end data
conversion process, including multiple rounds of mock data loads, ensuring data accuracy,
integrity, and readiness for the new ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong
expertise in data management, migration tools, and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, as well as
excellent collaboration and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science,
or a related field. - Experience: - Proven experience as a Data Cleanup and Conversion Lead or similar role in ERP
deployments, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP. - Hands-on experience with data migration tools and methodologies, including Oracle
FBDI, ADF, and ETL tools. - Strong background in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation. - Technical Knowledge: - Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP data structures and integration frameworks. - Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and compliance standards. - Soft Skills: - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
