Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Testing / QA Analyst to support execution of testing activities across SAP workstreams, ensuring strong test coverage, disciplined defect management, and reliable validation of business processes. This role focuses on test execution, defect tracking, and maintaining rigorous testing standards so delivery teams can trust results.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain test scripts based on requirements and end-to-end process flows, ensuring traceability from requirement to test case to defect
• Execute test cases across SIT and UAT cycles, capturing detailed test evidence and documentation
• Log, triage, and retest defects, ensuring complete documentation including steps, screenshots, data, and severity
• Support test data preparation and perform environment validation and smoke testing
• Track daily test execution progress and publish metrics (planned vs. executed, pass/fail rates)
• Assist with coordination of testing cycles including scheduling, tester onboarding, and defect follow-ups
• Maintain testing repositories and artifacts within tools such as Jira, ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or Cloud ALM
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, naming conventions, and overall test/defect hygiene

Required Skills & Experience
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting software QA or SAP testing environments
• Strong understanding of SIT/UAT processes and defect lifecycle management
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document and track issues accurately
• Effective communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting SAP or S/4HANA implementations
• Exposure to multiple SAP functional modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD)
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with test data management and environment coordination
