Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring a Test Technician to support hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and product validation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring product quality and identifying improvements in testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product validation and manufacturing testing; evaluate procedures for process and documentation improvements
Record and maintain test data, logs, and written reports
Inspect, test, and document product defects; identify and diagnose failures
Analyze results, flag potential issues, and recommend solutions
Support design and build of test fixtures and equipment
Assist with repairs on mechanical, electrical, and piping systems (tanks, pumps, manifolds)
Perform calibration checks and maintain test equipment and systems for accuracy
This role can pay $25-$30/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma required; technical associate degree or certification preferred
3–5 years of related testing/technical experience
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow test procedures
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
Proficient with computers and standard software
Solid communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
