Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst (Functional) for a leading healthcare organization. This individual will support business process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational change initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys leading meetings, gathering requirements, driving projects forward, and supporting end users through training and process changes. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
This individual will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams—owning requirements gathering, supporting testing efforts, and driving process improvements. The role will also support system enhancements across UKG and Salesforce while helping deliver clear, data-driven insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
