A client of Insight Global is seeking a production painter to join their team.
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience painting fabricated steel, weldments, or industrial equipment.
• Experience with epoxy, urethane, or other industrial coatings.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
What We're Looking For
• Experience using industrial or production spray painting equipment.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes without runs or sags.
• Experience maintaining spray guns and paint booth equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and paint booth environment while wearing required personal protective equipment.
