Job Description
Responsible for coordinating and processing IT asset tag requests tied to purchase order receipts across multiple states. Ensures all assigned asset tags are properly applied during the intake process, prepares equipment for distribution, and updates records within the ServiceNow IT Asset Management system to reflect accurate asset tracking. Maintains both electronic and hard copy documentation for audit and retention purposes, and ensures accurate logging of all asset-related transactions.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset or warehouse management
Strong customer service mindset
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with and adopting AI-based tools in day-to-day work
Experience using ServiceNow or similar asset management systems
Ability to work independently with limited supervision while exercising sound judgment
