Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Service Logistics Support Specialist to sit in Coppell, TX, supporting critical system operations through effective logistics, inventory, and configuration management. This individual will manage and monitor the program spares pool, including restocking and deploying devices to support field operations and resolve system issues. The role requires utilizing internal and customer-facing tools to accurately track system configurations, including hardware updates and swaps, while maintaining clear and timely communication with stakeholders. The specialist will work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and service support teams to ensure parts are processed and distributed within tight timeframes, often within an hour, to meet urgent operational needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining an organized workspace aligned with company standards and ensuring timely coordination of equipment distribution when issues arise in the field. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and field support operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Logistics experience
- Bachelors Degree
- ERP/CRM experience (preferred SAP)
- MS Excel experience
- Understanding of shipping practices and couriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL)
