Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Production Supervisor for a medical device manufacturing client in Odessa, FL. This hands-on leadership role oversees production teams across multiple product lines, ensuring safe, efficient operations and adherence to ISO 13485 standards. Responsibilities include employee training and onboarding, production scheduling, reporting, performance management, and collaboration with planners and manufacturing engineers to drive productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment along with strong mechanical, electrical, or machining knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Strong people leadership and team management experience (biggest requirement)
Experience in sheet metal fabrication/machining environments required
Experience with manufacturing processes including Machining, forming, welding and Powder coating.
Ability to lead production teams, drive performance, and maintain a safe, productive manufacturing environment
Experience with employee training, coaching, and development preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production scheduling
